There are a few methods for intermittent fasting and one of them allows you to gain muscle mass while you become leaner. A good technique is to restrict your eating period from 12 noon to eight in the evening. Follow this with a fasting period where you do not eat for 16 hours. One reason why this is effective is because you don’t have to force yourself to have breakfast in case you wake up late. Also, you stop eating and just go to sleep at eight instead of giving in to snacking at night.
